Joy Fold card

Today's card style is commonly referred to as a "joy fold."  I really have no idea why it would have been named that, other than maybe it brings joy to the recipient?  I love interactive cards with different folds, so it's always been one of my favorite card styles.

Stamp sets used:  Starburst Sayings
                             Bring on the Cake

Ink:  StazOn black
         Pool Party
         Crisp Cantaloupe
         Summer Starfruit

DSP:  Sweet Sorbet (SAB)

Cardstock:  Basic Black
                   Whisper White

Misc:  Starburst Framelits
           Rhinestone
           dimensionals and Tombo
           Decorative Dots EF (SAB)

The card base measures 8-1/2" x 4-1/4", scored at 5-1/2"
Run a piece of Whisper White thru the Decorative Dots EF (4" x 5-1/4").  Attach with Tombo.
The front closure piece of cardstock measures 3-1/4" x 8", scored at 4".  Attach with Tombo.
The Whisper White layers for inside and on the top flap measure 3" x 3-3/4".
The Whisper White layer for the left front flap measures 2-3/4" x 4".
DSP measures 2-3/4" x 3-1/2" for front closure flap, and 3-3/4" x 2-1/2"for the left flap.
Inside I used a 1/2" scrap of Basic Black cardstock and a 1/4" scrap of DSP glued on top of it.  It's always nice to bring a touch of the colors from the card front to the inside of your cards.
The starbursts were stamped on scraps of Whisper White cardstock and cut out with the matching framelits.  I hand trimmed out the banners and glued over top the image. The starbursts were attached with dimensionals, and I added a rhinestone for a little bling.
